I think we need more hard truths like this ! “You see checklists as bureaucracy not safety nets” absolutely spot on !! Loved the presentation blunt facts and use of humour.
Awesome, I liked the plain speaking and this made me pay attention and take note of how I could improve my practice and that of my colleagues, staff.
I have already recommended your book and hope your position with DoH will be the beginning of much needed change. Best of luck!
Great presentation. I particularly liked the constant feedback loop used in the aviation industry. I feel we are so pressured in the NHS that this often gets overlooked.
This was genuinely mind blowing, I will definitely share this with my organisation.
Niall you have been by far the most inspirational speaker I have heard.
Brilliant talk! Thank you for opening up our minds. Loving the book
Brilliant course! The videos were particularly engaging and really illustrated your points
Sessions really builds on PSIRF and human factors, a vastly different way of thinking, which is fantastic.

A fabulous captivating presentation. Buying the book!
This was a brilliant course - very beneficial to healthcare. Well delivered and information desseminated well. Thank you very much.
Really interesting session. Thank you
Excellent teaching! I already talked about ‘selling’ this to the people (I.e. the bosses) who can actually lead this and I am aware of your challenges. I will be talking to colleagues and bosses as well as friends in other professions because errors happen everywhere. So I might be getting in touch with you in future. Thanks again.
I have already ordered the book! The presentation was one of the best I have seen for a long time. Well done!
I loved your presentation and your style of delivery. I found it incredibly inspiring.
I have already recommended your book and hope your position with DoH will be the beginning of much needed change. Best of luck!
Fabulous lecture. Needs to be given to managers who work in acute setting. Many can talk the talk but can't walk.
Thank you very much Niall, this was very interesting and really had me thinking! Really enjoyed how bespoke the slides are and very relevant. I would enjoy a half day in this topic - even including problem solving - maybe where we think of an error which occurs and then think of what improvements can be made to try to reduce error. Agree with my colleague who said senior leaders should be present as a mandatory. Thank you, I will look at your book also. Take care
